Good Faith Estimate
If you don’t have insurance or choose not to use it, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before care. You may request one when scheduling or before scheduling.
If your bill is at least $400 more than your estimate, you may dispute it with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services within 120 calendar days. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
